Business Sales Executive

We are looking for a results-focused and tenacious individual with a passion for sales to join our Finman Group UK team. As a Business Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting company’s services in UK, Middle East and South Asia. The ideal candidate will work well under pressure, be a problem-solver and be extremely comfortable communicating with clients, team members and management.

Key Duties:

  • Generate leads and drive new business opportunities through independent effort and collaboration with marketing.
  • To Secure new clients and upselling existing clients.
  • Using a variety of methods such as calling, emails, attending business events to generate new business.
  • Generate New Business Revenue, meeting strategic and budgetary goals. 
  • Sole responsibility for allocated guides, creating strong client relationships.
  • UK & International Travel required for meetings / events.
  • Present at monthly meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

Skills and qualifications:

  •  A level or Equivalent
  • Track record of generating new business sales via cold-calling and other outbound methods.
  • Ability to own a B2B sales cycle from prospect through to close.
  • Contribute effectively within a team environment. Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven pitching / presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Fluent in Urdu & Punjabi languages.
  • A strong work ethic, team-oriented approach, and a willingness to take initiative.
  • A proactive and resilient mindset, with exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
